AT 1259 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IN EAST
PECOS COUNTY IN THE VICINITY OF GIRVIN. MOVEMENT WAS EAST AT 25 MILES AN
HOUR.
 
A TORNADO WATCH IS ALSO IN EFFECT FOR THE WARNED AREA.  REMEMBER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN AND OCCASIONALLY DO PRODUCE TORNADOES
