IN WEST TEXAS ...NORTHERN BORDEN COUNTY AT 257 AM CDT...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES NORTH GAILMOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM. THE STRONGEST STORM WAS LOCATED IN PATRICIA OF SOUTH DAWSON COUNTY. THESE STORMS LIKELY CONTAIN SMALL HAIL...GUSTY WINDS...DEADLY CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...AND VERY HEAVY RAIN.
