A COLD FRONT CONTINUES TO MOVE SLOWLY SOUTHEAST...AND WAS APPROACHING
THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF ARKANSAS AS OF 545 PM CST. A LINE OF STRONG
TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS ALONG THE FRONT FROM SOUTHWEST MISSOURI
INTO EXTREME NORTHWEST ARKANSAS AND NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA. DOPPLER WEATHER
RADAR WAS INDICATING POSSIBLE TORNADOES WITH SOME OF THE STORMS...WITH
HAIL UP TO QUARTER SIZE IN DIAMETER.

WITH THE LINE OF STORMS SLIDING GENERALLY SOUTHEAST...A TORNADO WATCH
REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR MUCH OF NORTHERN AND WESTERN ARKANSAS UNTIL
10 PM CST. THE WATCH COVERS AREAS GENERALLY WEST OF POCAHONTAS...
LONOKE...AND MAGNOLIA.

THE LINE OF STORMS WILL MOVE THROUGH MUCH OF NORTHWEST INTO
CENTRAL ARKANSAS THROUGH THE EVENING...REACHING AS FAR SOUTH AND
EAST AS LITTLE ROCK BY 10 PM CST. OTHER STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
DEVELOP IN EASTERN OKLAHOMA...AND WILL MOVE INTO WEST CENTRAL
AND SOUTHWEST SECTIONS.

THE STORMS WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY STRONG TO DAMAGING WINDS AND
