FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  800 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN WEST ARKANSAS
 
   ...MONTGOMERY COUNTY
 
AT 501 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED AN AREA OF HEAVY RAIN OVER
WESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY...IN THE PINE RIDGE VICINITY. THE STORM
PRODUCING THIS HEAVY RAINFALL IS MOVING SLOWLY TO THE SOUTH-SOUTHEAST.
THIS WILL ALLOW RAINFALL TOTALS TO REACH 3 INCHES IN A SHORT
PERIOD...CAUSING SMALL STREAMS TO OVERFLOW.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT.  MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
