HEAVY RAIN MOVING FROM HOCKLEY COUNTY INTO WESTERN LUBBOCK COUNTY.
ONE TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN FELL ACROSS MUCH OF LUBBOCK COUNTY SINCE LAST
NIGHT...AND ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN MAY FALL FROM NOW UNTIL 3 PM.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
