IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI ...NORTHERN AND CENTRAL CLARK COUNTY AT 310 PM CDT...NWS DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER NORTH CENTRAL SCOTTLAND COUNTY...NEAR AND JUST NORTH OF THE TOWN OF MEMPHIS MISSOURI. THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE ENTERING WESTERN CLARK COUNTY BETWEEN 32TO 340 PM CDT. THE TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THIS STORM ARE LURAY...ANSON AND PEAKSVILLE. THE TORNADO WATCH COVERS THAT AREA EAST OF A LINE FROM 30 MILES NORTHWEST OF KIRKSVILLE TO 40 MILES WEST OF MOBERLY AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM 40 MILES WEST OF MOBERLY TO BOWLING GREEN MISSOURI.
