IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...CRAWFORD COUNTY AT 650 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM JUST WEST OF COOKS STATION...OR ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ROLLA. THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 40 MILES AN HOUR. PERSONS IN COOKS STATION...STEELVILLE AND CUBA SHOULD REMAIN ALERT FOR THE POSSIBILITY OF STRONG DAMAGING WINDS.
