AT 110PM EDT WEATHER RADAR SHOWED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER CENTRAL
GARRARD COUNTY JUST SOUTH OF THE CITY OF LANCASTER. THIS STORM WAS
INTENSIFYING AND MOVING TOWARD MADISON COUNTY AND THE CITY OF RICHMOND.

STRONG BUILDING.  DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN...
