AT 1105 PM RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR WINCHESTER...SOME
15 MILES SOUTHEAST OF LEXINGTON. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 30 
HTHE STORM WILL MOVE ACROSS GOFFS CORNER BY 1115.
