A LINE OF STORMS WITH MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL HAD FORMED JUST NORTH OF THE OHIO RIVER...STRETCHING ALONG THE RIVER AND DIPPING SOUTH INTO FAR WESTERN KENTUCKY. THESE STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF LARGE HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS...AND THE ENTIRE LINE WAS MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT AROUND 25 MPH.
