IN NORTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY ...NELSON COUNTY AT 810 PM EDT WEATHER SERVICE RADAR ESTIMATED OVER 2 INCHES OF RAIN PER HOUR OVER NELSON COUNTY. BARDSTOWN DISPATCH REPORTED HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER THE COUNTY. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.
