000 TTAA00 KNEW 110038 RRA SVRNEW LAC063-110130- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NEW ORLEANS LA 736 PM CDT MON JUL 10 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NEW ORLEANS HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 830 PM CDT FOR RESIDENTS IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION... IN SOUTHEAST LOUISIANA ...LIVINGSTON PARISH AT 735 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS INDICATED TO BE ENTERING LIVINGSTON PARISH FROM THE HAMMOND AREA. THIS STORM WAS MOVING WEST AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE NEAR ALBANY BY 745 PM AND NEAR HOLDEN BEFORE 8 PM. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH THIS PARTICULAR STORM. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT OUTSIDE...SEEK SHELTER FROM THE WEATHER IN A STRONG BUILDING. DAMAGING WIND...LARGE HAIL...VERY HEAVY RAIN... AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ARE ALL POSSIBLE IN SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS.
