...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FOR VERMILION RIVER AT LAFAYETTE...

AT 320 AM...THE VERMILION RIVER AT LAFAYETTE WAS AT 13.25 FEET.
FLOOD STAGE IS 10 FEET. WE HAVE RECEIVED REPORTS THAT THE RIVER
IS FLOWING ONCE AGAIN TO THE SOUTH...THEREFORE...THE RIVER WILL
LIKELY NOT GET AS HIGH AS PREVIOUSLY FORECASTED8. WE NOW EXPECT A
CREST OF ABOUT 13.5 FEET EARLY TUESDAY MORNING.  THIS WILL CAUSE
SOME FLOODING IN LAFAYETTE...MAINLY IN THE VICINITY OF COULEE
AND BAYOU JUNCTIONS.
