AT 844 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES NORTHWEST OF
SUTHERLAND . ON INCH DIAMETER HAIL WAS REPORTED WITH STORM NORTH OF
PAXTON. THIS WARNING DOES NOT INCLUDE THE CITY OF NORTH PLATTE. THE
STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST 20 MPH.
