AT 410 PM MDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 6 MILES NW OF
CHAPPELL MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25 MPH. CHAPPELL IS ABOUT 29 MILES EAST
OF SIDNEY. LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS ARE LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
