IN SOUTHWEST NEBRASKA ...SOUTHEASTERN KEITH COUNTY...NORTHEASTERN PERKINS COUNTY AT 445 PM CDT (345 PM MDT) WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ROSCOE OR ABOUT 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF NORTH PLATTE.
