SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 PM CDT (600 PM MDT)
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE
 
   ...EASTERN GARDEN COUNTY
 
AT 5 PM MDT RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 5 MILES
SOUTHWEST OF LEWELLEN MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MILES AN HOUR. LEWELLEN IS
ABOUT 45 MILES NORTHEAST OF SIDNEY. LEWELLEN IS IN THE PATH OF THIS
STORM WHICH WILL LIKELY PRODUCE LARGE HAIL.
 
WHEN THUNDERSTORMS ARE OCCURRING...PEOPLE SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A
STRONG BUILDING.  DO NOT STAND BY WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES
OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNLESS IN AN EMERGENCY UNTIL THE STORM
HAS PASSED.  MOTORISTS SHOULD NOT DRIVE INTO LOW WATER CROSSINGS.
