SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  245 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION   S...
 
IN SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY
 
   ...SOUTHEASTERN CLAY COUNTY...KNOX COUNTY
   ...CENTRAL LESLIE COUNTY
 
AT 210 PM...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM HAD DEVELOPED 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF
MIDDLESBORO...OR IN WESTERN KNOX COUNTY AT 5 MILES WEST OF BARBOURVILLE.
THE STORM WAS MOVING EAST NORTHEAST NEAR 45 MPH AND WILL AFFECT THE
ABOVE COUNTIES THROUGH 245 PM. THE STORMS NEAR BARBOURVILLE WILL
REACH HYDEN BY 240 PM. LARGE HAIL...DAMAGING WINDS TO OVER 60 MPH...
AND DEADLY LIGHTNING ALONG WITH POSSIBLE LOW LYING FLOODING WILL
