AT 1140 PM...RAIN HEAVY AT TIMES CONTINUED TO FALL OVER KNOX COUNTY.
BARBOURVILLE CITY POLICE REPORTED THAT SOME STREETS IN BARBOURVILLE AS
WELL AS HIGHWAY 1527 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF BARBOURVILLE ARE WATER
COVERED. THE RAIN WILL CONTINUE ACROSS KNOX COUNTY THROUGH 1230 AM AND
FLASH FLOODING WILL BE LIKELY.
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECO>GNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
