AND THE ADJOINING COASTAL WATERS.
 
 
A NAVY METEOROLOGIST HAS SPOTTED A TORNADO NEAR I-295 AND BLANDING
BLVD MOVING EASTWARD. PERSONS IN THE MANDARIN AND SAN JOSE AREAS
SHOULD TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY.
