AT 230 PM SPOTERS REPORTED A FUNNEL CLOUD IN EAST PALATKA IN SOUTHERN
AND CENTRAL PUTNAM COUNTY. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE SOUTHEAST 30 MPH.
 
POWER LINES AND TREES HAVE BEEN REPORTED DOWN IN THIS AREA.
