SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON OVER ALL THE STATE...AND SOME OF THE STORMS MAY BECOME SEVERE. THE SOUTH AND CENTRAL SECTIONS OF THE STATE WILL BE THE MOST LIKELY AREAS FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS...BUT A FEW SEVERE ARE ALSO POSSIBLE IN THE NORTH DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING HOURS.
