THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY RAINS AT 820 PM CONTINUE TO MOVE OVER MADISON
PARISH. TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER THE PARISH DURING THE
ASEVERAL HOURS. SOME STREET FLOODING HAS BEEN REPORTED IN TALLULAH AND TH
 OF THE WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED IN SOME BUILDINGS IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA. T
STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO AFFECT THE REGION FOR THE NEXT THREE HOURS.
 
AT NIGHT BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE
THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS
