AT 1130 PM EST...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES WEST OF
WABASH OR 35 MILES SOUTHWEST OF FORT WAYNE. THIS THUNDERSTORMS WAS
MOVING TO THE NORTHEAST AT 45 MPH.
