AT 427 PM EST...RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 18 MILES SOUTH OF
FORT WAYNE OR JUST EAST OF BLUFFTON. THIS STORM WAS MOVING TO THE WEST
AT 15 MPH AND CONTAINED LARGE HAIL.
