WEATHER RADAR AT 909 PM INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS
FROM 30 MILES NORTH OF SPRINGFIELD...JUST SOUTH OF DELAVAN TO
40 MILES NORTHWEST OF SPRINGFIELD NEAR HAVANA.  THE STORMS WERE
MOVING SOUTH AT 30 MPH AND ARE EXPECTED TO THREATEN LINCOLN AND
PETERSBURG.
