IN SOUTHEAST INDIANA ...DEARBORN COUNTY...FRANKLIN COUNTY...RIPLEY COUNTY ...FALSH FLOOD WARNING FOR RIPLEY...DEARBORN AND FRANKLIN COUNTIES THROUGH 9 PM EST... 2 TO 3 INCHES OF WATER HAS BEEN REPORTED ON INTERSTATE 74 1 MILE EAST OF ROUTE 1 IN DEARBORN COUNTY. THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO PUMMEL THE AREA WITH HEAVY RAINFALL...DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES THAT BETWEEN 3 AND 3.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER ISOLATED AREAS IN SOUTHEAST INDIANA.
