PERSISTENT THUNDERSTORMS HAVE BEEN OCCURRING FROM NORTHEAST CLERMONT
COUNTY...DOWN TO JUST NORTH OF BATAVIA. THESE STORMS HAVE MOVED VERY
LITTLE AND HAVE DROPPED COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF RAINS.
 
DOPPLER RADAR PRECIPITATATION ESTIMATES SHOW THAT BETWEEN 1.50 AND 2.00
INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL CLERMONT COUNTY BETWEEN
530 AND 630 PM EDT.  WITH THUNDERSTORMS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE THROUGH 800
PM...FLOODING IS LIKELY ACROSS THIS AREA.
