IN EAST CENTRAL INDIANA ...FAYETTE COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL OHIO ...PREBLE COUNTY LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES ARE STILL REPORTING SOME FLOODING PROBLEMS ACROSS PREBLE COUNTY OHIO AND FAYETTE COUNTY INDIANA. SEVERAL ROADWAYS REMAIN COVERED WITH WATER. THEREFORE...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AND SMALL STREAMS FOR PREBLE AND FAYETTE COUNTIES HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 11 AM EDT (10 AM EST).
