IN SOUTH OHIO ...SCIOTO COUNTY AT 200 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS SHOWING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING...OVER EASTERN SCIOTO COUNTY NEAR EIFORT AND SOUTH WEBSTER. RADAR ESTIMATES OUT OF THESE STORMS ARE IN EXCESS OF 2 INCHES IN THE PAST HOUR. THESE STORMS WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE SOUTHEAST ACROSS SCIOTO COUNTY THROUGH 3 PM.
