IN SOUTHWEST OHIO ...WARREN COUNTY AT 950 PM EDT...WARREN COUNTY COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE REPORTED SOME STREETS HAD TO BE CLOSED DUE TO CREEKS RISING OUT OF THEIR BANKS. HALLS CREEK WAS RISING AND CAUSING MASON-MORROW AND MILGROVE ROADS NEAR STATE ROUTE 123 TO CLOSE. WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED THAT RAIN HAS SLOWED OVER WARREN COUNTY DURING THE EVENING HOURS...ALTHOUGH NEARLY 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS BEEN ESTIMATED OVER SOUTHERN WARREN COUNTY SINCE MIDNIGHT. BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED... ACT QUICKLY. MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.
