FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AND SMALL STREAMS EFFECTIVE UNTIL 500 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN CENTRAL OHIO
 
   ...FRANKLIN COUNTY
 
THE FRANKLIN COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE REPORTED THAT WATER WAS
STARTING TO POND ON SOME ROADS ACROSS THE COUNTY. RAINFALL AMOUNTS
BETWEEN 10 AM AND 1 PM WERE BETWEEN 1 AND 2.5 INCHES. MORE HEAVY
RAINFALL IS EXPECTED LATER THIS AFTERNOON...AND MORE FLOODING
IS EXPECTED TO OCCUR.
 
THE MAIN AREAS OF CONCERN WILL BE ALONG SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS
ACROSS FRANKLIN COUNTY AND ALSO ON ROADWAYS WERE CLOGGED STORM DRAINS
CAN PRODUCE HIGH WATER.
