IN SOUTHEAST NORTH CAROLINA ...PENDER COUNTY AT 310 PM...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM OVER CENTRAL PENDER COUNTY...BETWEEN BURGAW AND ROCKY POINT.
