TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1000 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTHEAST TEXAS
 
   ...BRAZORIA COUNTY
 
 
AT 850 PM...A TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 4 MILES SOUTHEAST OF
ROSHARON. MOVEMENT WAS TO THE NORTHEAST AT 10 MPH. THIS STORM SHOULD
MOVE INTO THE ALVIN AREA JUST AFTER 920 PM.
 
 
THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM SITUATION.  ACT QUICKLY.  IF YOU ARE
IN THE PATH OF THIS TORNADO... GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON
THE LOWEST FLOOR POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.  ABANDON CARS AND$
MOBILE HOMES FOR A REINFORCED BUILDING.  AS A LAST RESORT GET
INTO A DITCH OR CULVERT.

WILL CONTINUE FFA THROUGH THIS EVENING.  GRIDDED DATA CONTINUES TO
PLACE SE TX IN A WEAK TROF AXIS WITH EMBEDDED SHORTWAVES CONTINUING
TO TRAVERSE THE AREA.  OF GREATEST CONCERN IS THE TREMENDOUS MOISTURE
ACROSS THE AREA (SEE LATEST QPFERD).  PRECIP WATERS PROGGED TO BE
NEAR OR ABOVE 2 INCHES THRU SAT WITH MEAN RH/S 70 TO 90%.  IN
ADDITION...MCC/MCS DEVELOPMENT EXPECTED TO ASSIST THE SE MOVEMENT OF
A COLD FRONT IN N TX.  MODELS PROGRESS THIS FRONT INTO SE TX ON SAT
MORNING.  AS THE BOUNDARY APPROACHES...IT WILL ACT AS A FOCUS FOR
MORE RW/TRW DEVELOPMENT THROUGH SAT.  GREATEST CHANCES WILL BE PLACED
ALONG THE UPPER COAST WHERE HIGHEST PRECIP WATERS WILL BE FOUND.
FUTURE MOVEMENT AND INTERACTION OF CURRENT AND FUTURE OUTFLOW
BOUNDARIES WILL NEED TO BE EXAMINED BY UPCOMING SHIFTS TO ADJUST
FUTURE POPS AS HE/SHE SEES FIT.  PREFERRED THE HIGHER NGM POPS AND
WENT WITH COOLER FAN DAYTIME TEMPS (MAINLY DUE TO EXPECTED CLOUDS).
