IN MAINE ...SOUTHERN KENNEBEC COUNTY AT 330 PM WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED A TORNADO NEAR LITCHFIELD IN SOUTHERN KENNEBEC COUNTY. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AND WILL BE NEAR HALLOWELL BY 400 PM. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF A TORNADO...THE SAFEST PLACE IS A BASEMENT. GET UNDER A WORKBENCH OR PIECE OF STURDY FURNITURE.
