AT 1205 PM WEATHER RADAR SHOWED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WERE IN ELBERT AND
LINCOLN COUNTIES IN GEORGIA. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 45
MILES AN HOUR AND WILL ENTER ABBEVILLE AND GREENWOOD COUNTIES BY 100
PM. THESE STORMS MAY PRODUCE STRONG WINDS...BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS AND
FREQUENT LIGHTNING.

PEOPLE IN `THESE AREAS SHOULD BE PREPARED FOR CHANGING WEATHER
CONDITIONS AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTIOND IF NECESSARY.

HOUR.

THUNDERSTORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG GUSTY WINDS...DEADLY
CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING...AND POSSIBLY SMALL HAIL. IF THREATNING
