IN WEST NORTH CAROLINA ...AVERY COUNTY AT 400 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED STRONG THUNDERSTORMS MOVING FROM CARTER COUNTY, TENNESSEE INTO NORTHERN AVERY COUNTY, IN WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA.
