000 TTAA00 KGRB 111642 RRA SVRGRB WIC073-097-115-111715- BULLETIN - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE GREEN BAY WI 1140 AM CDT FRI AUG 11 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN GREEN BAY HAS ISSUED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1215 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN CENTRAL WISCONSIN ...EASTERN MARATHON COUNTY...NORTHERN PORTAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST WISCONSIN ...WESTERN SHAWANO COUNTY AT 1135 AM...DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR INDICATED THAT AN AREA OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS LOCATED FROM 10 SOUTHEAST OF WAUSAU TO JUST WEST OF WISCONSIN RAPIDS. THIS AREA OF STORMS WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 40 MILES AN HOUR. HEAVY RAINS...DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MILES AN HOUR ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE STORMS. TREES WERE REPORTED DOWN NEAR THE ROTHCHILD AREA. TOWNS IN THE PATH OF THESE STORMS ARE ELDERON...GALLOWAY...AND TIGERTON. IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH YOU SHOULD PREPARE FORn DAMAGING WIND...
