AT 830 PM CDT WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS OVER
RICHLAND COUNTY PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINS. DOPPLER WEATHER RADAR HAS
INDICATED RAINFALL TOTALS OF 2 TO 5 INCHES OVER THE LAST HOUR OVER PARTS
OF RICHLAND COUTNY. BECAUSE LITTLE MOVEMENT IS BEING DETECTED WITH THESE
STORMS...FLOODING IS IMMINENT NEAR THESE STORMS.
