000 TTAA00 KGRI 051924 TORGRI NEC019-079-052015- BULLETIN - EBS ACTIVATION REQUESTED TORNADO WARNING NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HASTINGS NE 223 PM CDT SAT AUG 5 1995 THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HASTINGS NE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 315 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS... IN SOUTH CENTRAL NEBRASKA ...EASTERN BUFFALO COUNTY...WESTERN HALL COUNTY A TORNADO WAS REPORTED 10 MILES WEST OF CAIRO...OR 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF GRAND ISLAND MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MPH. THIS STORM WILL MOVE NEAR WOOD RIVER BY 245 PM. PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF AVAILABLE. OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
