IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...SOUTHERN MITCHELL COUNTY...SOUTHEASTERN OSBORNE COUNTY
 
DOPPLER RADAR IN HASTINGS INDICATES A POSSIBLE TORNADO LOCATED 10 MILES
EAST OF COVERT OR 43 MILES SOUTHEAST OF PHILLIPSBURG. THIS STORM WAS
MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25 MPH AND WILL BE NEAR THE TOWN OF TIPTON BY 745
PM CDT.
 
THIS WARNING REPLACES THE TORNADO WARNING FOR SOUTHERN OSBORNE.
 
PERSONS IN THE WARNED AREA SHOULD TAKE SHELTER IN A BASEMENT IF
AVAILABLE.  OTHERWISE GO TO A SMALL INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST
