SYNOPSIS:

THE ATMOSPHERE IS MOIST AND UNSTABLE AND THERE THE POSSIBILITY OF SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS LATE THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EVENING HOURS.  THUNDERSTORMS
ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP $ALONG A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE THAT WILL BE
MOVING SOUTHWARD INTO NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS DURING THE LATE AFTERNOON
AND EVENING.   SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS ANTICIPATED AFTER 3 PM CDT.
