FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL KANSAS
 
   ...ROOKS COUNTY
 
AT 500 AM CDT...THE ROOKS COUNTY SHERIFF REPORTED THAT MOST COUNTY ROADS
WERE IMPASSABLE DUE TO WATER FROM NUMEROUS STREAMS FLOWING OVER
ROADWAYS. REPORTS FROM WEBSTER DAM INDICATE OVER 5.20 INCHES OF RAIN IN
THE PAST 24 HOURS WITH FLOODING OF A HOME JUST NORTH OF WEBSTER STATE
PARK ON THE SOUTH FORK OF THE SOLOMON RIVER.
