THESE STORMS WERE MOVING SOUTH AT 15 MPH. HOWEVER...CONTINUAL REDEVELOPMENT OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THIS AREA HAS RESULTED RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL RATES OF BETWEEN 1.5 AND 2 INCHES BETWEEN 420 AND 520 PM. DUE TO THE SLOW MOVEMENT AND REDEVELOPMENT OF THUNDERSTORMS...THE NORTHERN SECTIONS OF COOKE...GRAYSON AND FANNIN COUNTIES CAN EXPECT VERY HEAVY RAIN RESULTING OF FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND SOME ROADS AND FRExQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
