SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 730 PM CDT 
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN NORTHWEST IOWA

   ...CLAY COUNTY
 
AT 640 PM CDT SIOUX FALLS DOPPLER INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 20
MILES WEST OF SPENCER IOWA. THE STORM WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25
MPH. AT 635 PM CDT 50 TO 60 MPH WINDS WERE REPORTED AT HARTLEY IN
EASTERN O'BRIEN COUNTY.
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WIND IN EXCESS OF 55 MPH...
