IN NORTHWEST IOWA ...EASTERN WOODBURY IA AT 845 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS DETECTED BY SIOUX FALLS DOPPLER RADAR 19 MILES EAST OF SIOUX CITY OR 5 MILES NORTHEAST OF CLIMBING HILL MOVING EAST AT 23 MPH.
