SOUTH OF HAWARDEN IN SOUTHWEST SIOUX COUNTY. THE STORM WAS MOVING NORTH
AT 15 TO 20 MPH. THE STORM WILL MOVE INTO HUDSON AND LEBANON BY 800 PM.
 
PEOPLE NEAR THE 4STORM SHOULD MOVE INSIDE A STRONG BUILDING AWAY FROM
WINDOWS.  DON'T USE TELEPHONES OR ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES UNTIL THE
