SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 820 PM MDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...

IN SOUTH CENTRAL SOUTH DAKOTA

   ...SOUTHWESTERN TODD COUNTY
 
AT 746 PM MDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WAS DETECTED BY NATIONAL
WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR IN SIOUX FALLS 25 MILES NORTHWEST OF
VALENTINE OR 5 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ST FRANCIS MOVING EAST AT 10 MPH.

THIS STORM IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN THE VICINITY OF ST FRANCIS
THROUGH 815 PM MDT.  EXTREMELY HEAVY RAIN AND HIGH WINDS ARE
LIKELY WITH THIS STORM.
