WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 430 AM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTHWEST PART OF MINNESOTA
      CLAY...

   IN THE WEST CENTRAL PART OF MINNESOTA
      WILKIN...

AT 330 AM CDT...A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WAS RACING THROUGH
EASTERN CASS AND RICHLAND COUNTIES OF SOUTHEAST NORTH DAKOTA. THESE
THUNDERSTORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT NEARLY 70 MPH.

THIS IS A DANGEROUS STORM.  IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH...PREPARE FOR
DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...AND DEADLY LIGHTNING.  PEOPLE OUTSIDE
