JUST EAST OF INTERNATIONAL FALLS. THIS STORM IS MOVING EAST AT 40 MPH.
PERSONS IN ERICSBURG...RAY...INTERNATIONAL FALLS...RANIER...AND ON
RAINY LAKE ARE IN THE DIRECT PATH OF THIS STORM.
